Commission request can be sent through Twitter/Instagram DM or email.

If your request has been accepted, you will be informed when work on your commission is about to start.

I may decline your request if there is no available opening or if your request is not within my capabilities.

Payment are done through Touch n' Go or Bank transfer (Malaysia) in RM.

For International Payment are done through Ko-fi in USD.

Full payment is required prior to start commission.

If payment has not been made within 72 hours, the commission will either be cancelled or delayed.

Prices listed are for personal use, only unless stated otherwise.

Commercial use for commission required the appropriate commercial fee to be paid before the commission can be used commercially.

Please provide clear and complete references of your character.

Written character descriptions are helpful.

Commission can take up to 2 weeks to 1 month for completion.

Priority commissions with specific deadline can be requested for a priority fee.

WIPs will be sent for the sketching and rendering phases.

I will inform you of the phase I am working on and confirm with you before I move on to the next phase.

Status update of your commission can be requested at any time.

Revisions can be requested during sketching phase.

Sketching phase: allowed up to 3 revisions (example: colour change, expression change, pose change, outfit change, small detail change, etc.).

Additional revisions will come with a fee.

Mistakes on my end will be fixed for free.

A refund can be requested if I have not started your commission yet.

Once I have started your commission, you will not be able to request a refund, so please keep this in mind before commissioning.

Once a commercial right has been purchased, it cannot be refunded.

If I am unable to complete your commission for some reason, I will refund the commission in full.

If a chargeback has been issued once I start your commission or after completion, you will lose all rights to the commission and you will be blacklisted from future commissions.

As the artist, I have ownership of copyright to all my artwork and designs.

As the commissioner, you have ownership of commissioned artwork and designs but not the copyright to them.

You are not allowed to use commissioned work in any AI generators or in any blockchain-related technology such as NFT or otherwise.

The commission may be uploaded to my social media with credits to you as the commissioner.

You may request to keep the commission private or uploaded at a later date.

You may upload the commission to any of your social media platforms with proper credit to me as the artist.

TOS is subjected to change in the future without prior notice. Those who break TOS or prove to be problematic will be backlisted from future commissions.
